Bu kitabı gerçekten umursamadım. İçeri girmek zor ve atlamaları takip etmek zor buldum. Ben çok kazandım okumaktan uzaklaşmadı.

Very few times do I want to recommend a book to friends. I called up several while I read this book and read them passages. I bought it for my sisters.. I simply loved this book.

Enjoyed the book...Pearl went through some hard times. Book stated it was loosely based on reality but even if it wasn't it was a great story about a girl with dreams and the different directions those dreams took her. Some directions weren't so great, others were amazing. I would recommend.

This book is for anyone who wants to know what astronauts go through in space. The author discusses the early days of the space program, various experiments to see if it was even possible for humans to enter space, what astronauts eat, and even how they deal with bodily functions. Fascinating read!

Not a bad book, but not terribly engaging and there must be a better and more up-to-date book on the subject out by now.

the great thing about this book was how it read -- journalistic, much like a nytimes series. it's well-written and surprisingly easy to read given the subject matter. but i was disappointed overall because it fails to delve past the superficial level of pitting the rwandan civil conflict as a tribal rivalry. a better read is "when victims become killers", a comprehensive study on postcolonial africa/rwanda, its political identity and the role of religion as well the hutu and tutsi ethnic groups.
