This was good. Certainly a page-turner, although at times fairly un-believable and a little fantastic. I love magic realism and can suspend disbelief pretty easily, but to do this many meta-narratives in one book is even beyond my ability to dive into all the way. Definitely want to take a shot at the Spanish original, it will definitely be better in the original. And, of course, now I'm dying to visit Spain even more!
